1. The University’s doctoral admission examination shall be held annually between March and May. The Ph.D. Program shall admit five (5) students each year, and the duration of study shall range from two (2) to seven (7) years.

3. Examination Components:
(1) Document Review
A. Curriculum vitae and autobiography (within one thousand five hundred (1,500) words).
B. Research proposal (within five thousand (5,000) words).
C. Academic publications (thesis/dissertation and other scholarly works): Applicants shall
provide a list of publications with page numbers and corresponding text clearly indicated.
Only Chinese- and English-language academic works shall be reviewed. For publications
in other languages, applicants shall provide a Chinese or English abstract together with
the full text for evaluation purposes.
D. Complete academic transcripts from all previous studies (including bachelor’s and
master’s programs; scanned originals required).
E. Other supporting documentation beneficial to the review process (e.g., foreign language
proficiency certificates, creative works, etc.): Please attach a list of submitted materials.

※ All files shall be prepared in A4 portrait format and uploaded as PDF files.
※ Applicants who are current master’s students may submit a thesis in progress in lieu of a completed thesis, together with an evaluation from the thesis advisor regarding the expected completion (scanned original required).
Submission Method: All application materials shall be uploaded electronically via the online system. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
(2) Interview (40%)
Eligibility for Interview: Based on the weighted scores of the document review, up to fifteen (15) applicants with the highest rankings shall be selected to proceed to the second-stage interview.
