Natalie (Talia) Jomini Stroud 博士為美國德州大學奧斯汀分校傳播學系與新聞媒體學院教授，同時也是穆迪傳播學院「媒體參與中心」的創始人暨現任主任 。該中心致力於理解並改善媒體生態系統，以促進民主發展 。Stroud 教授的研究深入探討媒體在民主社會中的角色，屢獲國內外大獎肯定，其著作《Niche News: The Politics of News Choice》曾獲國際傳播學會（ICA）傑出圖書獎 。她的研究成果廣泛發表於《Science》、《Nature》、《Journal of Communication》等多本頂尖學術期刊 。
Dr. Natalie (Talia) Jomini Stroud (Ph.D., Annenberg School for Communication, University of Pennsylvania) is a Professor in the Department of Communication Studies and the School of Journalism and Media, as well as the founding and current Director of the Center for Media Engagement in the Moody College of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin. The Center seeks to understand and improve the media ecosystem for the benefit of democracy. Her research on the media’s role in a democracy has received numerous national and international awards, including the ICA's prestigious Outstanding Book Award for her book Niche News: The Politics of News Choice. Her research has appeared in Science, Nature, the Journal of Communication, and other leading journals.
